We seem to be made to suffer. It's our lot in life.
The Emperor foresees the construction of his two Death Stars. Unfortunately neither will have any planet-destroying capability and it will be few years after they are constructed before there are any TIE fighters to put in them.
The Emperor forsees having to sell one his Death Stars to pay the bills either to:
1) The Chinese Empire who will use it to intimidate the rebel moon Taiwan. The Chinese Empire will recipricate deal by supplying mind bending substances to the Emperor's peoples in operation "Revenge of the Chasing Dragon".
2) The former imperial territory of the Indian Federation who will either call it after the separatist rebel leader Nehru or the consort of the Emperor's former governor of the then imperial possession the galactic province of India. The Edwina will be named after the consort of Imperial Governor Big Dick, who was also by happy coincidence the concubine of the rebel leader Nehru. Since in life she liked a bit of Indian inside her, she would be pleased to have thousands of bits of India in something named after her.
They should have stuck with the first three & never made the follow ups.
